I attended a First Aid at Work course at Woolston Leisure Centre and would like to express my sincere thanks to Action Training Services Ltd.
The trainer was caring and passionate about First Aid and his role in general. He was also very patient, helpful and reassuring whilst maintaining total professionalism.
I thoroughly enjoyed the training course and never once felt that I was unable to speak out if I didn't fully understand something. I never felt patronised or a nuisance, when I may well have asked the same questions repeatedly. The trainer had time for everyone and nothing was too much trouble.
Thanks again for a pleasurable and rewarding experience.

Woolston Leisure Centre has successfully partnered Action Training Ltd for the last 16 years in order to provide training in First Aid at Work, Paediatric First Aid, Defibrillation. Many organisations in and around Warrington, including Warrington Borough Council have taken advantage of the training packages offered. The success of the project is not only due to the competitive prices but also to the exceptional quality of training given. The tutors are well qualified, very experienced, and maintain high standards of professionalism whilst, at the same time, having the knack of making the course content interesting, relevant, and easy to understand and retain to what can be a very diverse selection of candidates.
Action Training have provided us with First Aid Training, Paediatric First Aid Training, Food Hygiene and Health and Safety Training. They provided us with excellent tutors, all of whom were extremely friendly and professional, the course books were also of a very high quality and we have had 100% passrate in all of the training undertaken. Feedback received from all the training provided has always been positive.
