At Action Training we provide a range of services to clients throughout the UK. We offer cost effective training packages and offer help and support so that they can be tailored and developed to meet your needs. This flexibility ensures that you receive the right training for your organisation. For smaller businesses and individuals we offer a range of open courses throughout the year. Using low stress modern methods of training and teaching our experienced tutors make learning enjoyable and memorable. We know that a positive learning environment makes skill acquisition fun, but more than that, gives the students confidence.
Terms & Conditions of Booking
- All contracts formed between Action Training Services and the client using this booking form shall be subject to our standard terms and conditions set out herein.
- Upon receipt of the booking form an invoice will be issued to the client. The invoice must be paid 21 days of the course start date, to guarantee a place on the course; or forward a purchase order that will be paid within 30 days of invoice date.
- All late payments over 30 days will be subject to an 8% + base rate interest charge in accordance with the "Late Payments Act 1974"
- Joining instructions will be forwarded prior to the commencement of the course.
- Cancellations must be in writing and are subject to the following charges:
- £25.00 administration charge up to 21 days prior to the course.
- 50% of the fees between 21 days and 7 days prior to the course
- Less than 7 days the fees will be forfeited.
- Course placements can be transferred to another course or another named delegate incurring a £25.00 administration charge
- Action Training Services reserves the right to alter the content, lectures, timing and venue of the course for reasons beyond the control of Action Training.
- All courses run subject to demand and must reach the required minimum numbers for the course to be commercially viable.
Certificates will be issued upon receipt of payment
