Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety in Catering / Retail / Manufacturing
Target group: This course is suitable for managers and supervisors and senior hygiene personnel.
Student Numbers: 2 minimum, 12 maximum

Course Materials: Course Book
Assessment: Two assignments and an examination
Validation of Certification: Certificates will be awarded on successful completion of the assignments and examination and is valid for 3 years. Employers must seek regular in house training to provide appropriate level of competence for all staff involved with food safety
Note: Candidates will be able to deliver the Level 2 Food Safety Awards, on successful completion.
