In-House Courses
Once you have discussed suitable dates for your in - house course, download our course booking form and return the form by email, fax, or post. On receipt of the form we will process your booking. You will receive an email or telephone call confirming the course and full information will be sent to you nearer the start date of the course.

Open Courses
Online booking is available for our open courses (see Course Dates). To book a place, simple complete the online Open Course Booking Form. On receipt of the form we will process your booking. You will receive an email or telephone call confirming your place on the course and full information will be sent to you nearer the start date of the course.
Terms & Conditions
- All contracts formed between Action Training Services Ltd and the client will be subject to our standard terms and conditions set out herein.
- All booking forms must be signed that you agree and have fully read and understood the terms and conditions; and where possible all booking forms must be accompanied with a purchase order.
- All invoices issued to you the client must be paid within 30 days of invoice date.
- All late payments over 30 days will be subject to an 8% + base rate interest charge in accordance with the "Late Payment of Commercial Depts Act 1974"
- You will be contacted in writing either via email or letter upon reciept of your booking form to confirm your order.
- Cancellations must be in writing and are subject to the following charges:
- £25.00 administration charge up to 21 days prior to the course.
- 50% of the fees between 21 days and 7 days prior to the course.
- Less than 7 days the fees will be forfeited.
- Course placements can be transferred to another course or another named delegate incurring a £25.00 administration charge.
- Action Training Services Ltd reserves the right to alter the content, lectures, timing and venue of the course for reasons beyond the control of Action Training Services Ltd
- All courses run subject to demand and must reach the required minimum numbers for the course to be commercially viable.
- Certificates will be issued upon recipt of payment and successful completion of the relevant course.
